Ca'd La Volp
Ca’d La Volp is a wine obtained from monovarietal Nebbiolo grapes grown on a single plot of land located on a sun-soaked slope at 300 meters above sea level.
Ca’d La Volp is garnet red with purplish reflections and combines berry scents with a hint of spices. It is a dry, warm, tannic, structured wine.
This mouthfilling wine is enhanced by such foods as local cheeses and cold cuts from the Ossola Valley as well as by many meat dishes from the Piedmont region.
Grappa Tarlina di Nebbiolo
Full-bodied, vigorous monovarietal grappa with a persistent aftertaste. Colorless and crystal clear.
Best drunk after a meal or in a moment of silent meditation.
Ca'd Rusin DOC
Ca’d Rusin is a wine obtained from monovarietal Merlot grapes grown on a single plot of land on a sun-soaked slope at 275 meters above sea level.
Ca’d Rusin is red with cherry reflections and violet shades. It has a grapy, tangy scent with a hint of spices. It has an intense, dry flavor tending toward fresh, velvety and grassy with overtones of dog rose and wild mountain herbs.
Ca’d Rusin is a structured red wine which is best paired with savory deli meats and full-flavored cheeses from the Ossola Valley with which it shares  its ‘heroic’ origins. Ca’d Rusin pairs beautifully with pasta dishes, risottos and traditional soups as well as with both red and white meats.

Dry, monovarietal grappa for those palates seeking well-balanced and slightly tannic cleanliness. Colorless and crystal clear.
A favorite way to end a meal or while puffing on a fine cigar.

Ca’d Regina is a wine obtained from Merlot grapes. It is red with cherry hues.
It is a full-bodied wine with fresh, velvety overtones.
